How are you feeling today, and what have you been up to lately?
You’ve asked on a good day—I feel fantastic. 🙂 I spent the weekend by the sea on a remote archipelago island, went for a walk in the city park and had dinner at the hyped restaurant Signum, located on the edge of a forest outside Gothenburg.
What do you do to recharge and maintain balance between your personal life and work?
I feel like I do so much, yet balance is still hard to find! My best tips right now for recovery and better life balance are practicing breathwork, meditating briefly every day and enjoying lots of pasta and red wine. Also, don ´t forget spending time in the nature.
What does spending time at your cabin mean to you, and how does it help you disconnect from the busy city life?
Everything. I know it might sound a bit abstract, but I have a tendency of living intensely so I need help disconnecting from that and from stress. The cabin is a bubble where I can forget all of that and find calmness and peace.
How do Hunter Boots fit into your everyday wardrobe, both in terms of fashion and functionality?
I love that they’re perfect for my lifestyle, whether I’m grabbing coffee in the city or tidying up the garden in autumn. Finding boots that combine function and fashion is always a challenge.
What are your top 5 favorite underrated activities to enjoy during the fall season?
1. Pack a picnic and relax on a sunny bench in the park.
2. Take a crisp, refreshing dip in the ocean.
3. Enjoy a cozy café moment with a rich cup of hot chocolate topped with cream.
4. For hunters, waking up early and retreating in a forest shelter at dawn is magical—just watching the forest come alive. (If you’re not a hunter, go with someone who who can show you the spots!
5. Start your day with breakfast at Gapet, a charming café in Majorna that I love.
